The Minuteman Commons offers four rooms for events and ceremonies. You can reserve a room through our Sharepoint Site (network access required). Individuals without network access can email the Reservation Agreement Form to hanscom.commons@us.af.mil. In order to reserve a room at this facility you must be a DoD ID card holder (CAC or retiree).

All rooms have the following A/V capabilities upon request: Projector with screen, HDMI connections and wireless microphones are available only for the Ballroom.​
