It's the mission of the Military Personnel Flight to provide quality personnel support. We assist Active Duty, their dependents, Guard/Reserve, Retirees, and DoD Civilians with a variety of services including Common Access Cards, Identification cards, passports and visas, promotions, retirements and separations, reenlistments and extensions, assignments, enlisted and officer performance report, awards and decorations, and temporary duty travel. Below is additional information for these services. Please make sure that you have the correct documents and identification before arriving for your appointment or walk-in.
We highly encourage customers to make an appointment. Wait times are dependent on the number of customers currently waiting to receive and ID card or other personnel service. Individuals with appointments will move directly to the front of the waiting list upon arrival and signing in. However, walk-in customers are seen on a first come, first serve basis. To avoid the possible wait, schedule an appointment and be seen within minutes of the scheduled time.
